Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions as it relates to Special Delivery

  • All packages must be collected within 7 days of receiving a pickup notification or be subject to storage fees of $1.00 per day. 
  • Any item left unpaid for at our offices for more than 30 days will be sold to cover duty and freight charges. Customer accounts will also be red flagged to ensure that future goods do not leave our US warehouse until a deposit is made based on their estimated clearing cost.
  • Special Delivery will not be liable for damaged goods that arrive in intact packaging. It is not our responsible for supplier packaging or re-packaging of items purchased from sellers.
  • Special Delivery will not be held responsible for lost or damage of goods that remain in our Florida warehouse longer than 45 business days. 
  • In the event that a customer is forced to collect goods from our Florida warehouse, they are to do so within that 45 day period. 
  • Special Delivery will not issue any refunds for used, refurbished or defective goods.
  • All packages must be shipped with your name c/o SDL. If a website does not allow the C/O SDL after your last name we ask that you place it at the end of the shipping address.
  • All packages require an invoice to be cleared. This also includes duty free items. We encourage you at the time of your purchase to upload your invoice to your account. Packages without invoices will not be shipped.
  • If a family member or friend is collecting a package for you, please send an email to support@specialdeliveryltd.com with the name of the person collecting the package on your behalf.
  • Special Delivery does not accept third party delivery confirmations from carriers in the United States. Once an item is scanned into Special Delivery system the item is then considered Delivered.
  • Special Delivery has the right to refuse the delivery or hold any package shipped to the US Address.
  • Special Delivery can terminate or close accounts without written notice.
  • Special Delivery reserves the rights to refuse service to any customer using profanity while in store.
